Khloe: When Khloe Devaro's best friend and fiance is lost to the war in Iraq, she's beyond distraught. The second in the series did not disappoint!!
Excellent narration and I love hearing from almost all the characters. I am excited for the rest of the series!! This book hit a little harder than the first because I can relate to Chloe. So worth the read! ***Trigger warning for group homes leading to sexual assault and head injuries leading to memory loss***

Really enjoyable!
This book is really great. Good story, likable wonderful characters, for the most part well written. Once again though the story refers to a couple of things that haven't been explained as if there is a missing book or two. It also references something from the first book but completely changes what happened. Then there are a few places where something that happened one second is referenced differently like 2 pages later. I feel a better editor would probably have caught these things. However, I still loved the story, I love the MC and their mission. I love the characters that are part of the MC and I will continue to read/listen to the entire series I imagine.
