Great and accessible audiobook

I really enjoyed listening to this, great advice for people wishing to transition into a leadership role. The context is general enough for you to apply in any job/industry. The methods and tools presented are very pragmatic and make a lot of sense. I also found myself easily relating to many situations encountered in previous jobs.
Will probably listen to it again.
