Every day airline pilots use a checklist. Not because they forgot or want to learn about a specific topic, but to help themselves ensure that everyone arrives safely at their destination.

A business endeavor based on projects involves an incredible number of parts, activities, and components, and while some of them are irrelevant, others are highly critical for their success.

I found this book to be a reliable and concise review of the things that a project professional must consider to ensure that the project, program, or portfolio objectives are reached thus, a fantastic checklist.
