About this listen
In sports, business, and life, there is no better model for success than the Duke University basketball program. With eight Final Four appearances since 1986, including back-to-back national championships in '91 and '92, Duke has done it the right way: combined athletic competitiveness with academic achievement, total effort, and personal integrity...and all of that thanks to Coach Mike Krzyzewski, affectionately known as "Coach K."
Now Coach K. reveals his personal principles for leadership, from dealing with adversity in life or on the basketball court, to taking responsibility for your actions and learning how to trust your heartfelt instincts in times of trouble. The result is a book that shows how you can be successful in any leadership challenges you face. An inspiring look into the life, heart, and mind of an extraordinary leader, Leading with the Heart is about bringing out the best and demanding the best, from ourselves, from those around us, and from any organization that is playing to win.

"Krzyzewski is a family man first, a teacher second, a basketball coach third, and a winner at all three." (The Sporting News)
"You can mix unlimited academic expectations with unlimited winning. That's what Coach K. has proven at Duke." (USA Today)

good story overall
The book itself is good. The monotone and nasal voice of the reader made it unbearable to listen to so I didn't get a chance to finish. Save your money and just buy the book instead.
