Preparing for trip to Korea
I bought this audiobook as a way to freshen up my Korean before I visit next month. The first half really does provide a lot of the necessary basics when travelling there (as well as some useful tips). The narrator does a good job explaining things and best of all doesn't get annoying/on my nerves after hours of listening (which is how I often get with many other narrators). Only issue is they completely change the narrator/method of teaching in the second half which definitely didn't suit my style. The lady explaining each lesson was british and had a terrible accent when speaking Korean?? it also sounded very robotic as opposed to the conversational style of the first half.
