The Legend
Druss, Captain of the Axe: the stories of his life were told everywhere. Very Good
The storey gets your attention right away. The storey clips along and keeps you listening. Enjoyed the narrator very much.

A good read and fun to listen to!
I've read all of David Gemmell novels. The Drenai series is probably my favourite as it features a number of strong characters. I first read them 30 years ago and thought I would revisit them in audio format. I have a long drive to work and I really enjoyed listening to the story. The narrator is clear and I like the accents/voices he used to represent the main characters. I will be listening to this story again!

legand to leave u breathless.
I've read legand 5 times and now heard it through audiobook, making it 6. the only conflict I had was the narrator made ulric and the Nadir Indian? I always imagined them of a Chinese origin.
I recommend it still to fantasy lovers
