When an unexpected blizzard grounds all flights, Nia and Andrew’s holiday plans are put on ice, and they’re stuck spending Christmas Eve at the airport. Soon the pair of travelers decide to make the best of it and team up to spread holiday cheer to the other stranded passengers. After all, just because their flight is cancelled doesn’t mean Christmas is. Now they’re about to discover that with the right person, home for the holidays can be anywhere—and life’s crossroads are the perfect place to begin a new story.

Not-your-average-hallmark-holiday book.
This was so adorable! I couldn't hold it in, this made me laugh out loud multiple times, even though I was in public! Loved both of the characters: refreshing, relatable, and so real! The narrators were perfect!

It was cute but….
Okay I wanted to love this book, I loved the performance and the story was cute. But it just got a little too…. Preachy in some points. It felt forces like the author was trying to cover off as many society issues as possible. It interrupted the story flow

Festive Meet Cute
Low stakes, meet cute, romance.
Two people stranded at an airport work together to create Christmas joy for some children.
Characters are very religious, and the misunderstanding between them is completely overblown. This is cheesy and very hallmarky, ideal fluff for the holiday season.
Narration very good.

This was the perfect listen this holiday season as a winter storm rolled through which cancelled flight and really set the mood.
