Great Advice from an Experienced Physician
if you're looking for the secret or the one thing doctors don't want you know or some other click-baity garbage, you've come to the wrong place.
The advice here is simple, eat well and exercise. Although it's a simple concept that works people still look for magic pills or unsustainable dieta., when the truth is much simpler.
I would recommend this book because even though the message is simple, the lectures add breadth and depth to this argument and is quite informative on other health related issues such as yoga and mindfulness as well.

A fantastic book for everyone!
I learned so much from this book. Dr. Goodman did an excellent job of explaining each topic in words that were easy to understand. Bottom line is eat good healthy organic foods, avoid processed foods, eat meat like it’s a side rather than the main course. Be physically active but keep it fun and do activities you enjoy doing. Spend more time with your friends and family. Don’t forgot to let yourself rest and relax.
It’s a book I recommend to everyone. There’s lots of studies that are talked about and evidence based research. We all know we should eat more fruits and veggies but do we know why? This book explains that.
I will definitely be listening to this one again!

Unknown error before playback could start.
Attempted to listen but the lecture wouldn't load. Only presented the info "0s left" and had an [X] where the [PLAY] button would've been. This is the 2nd course I've seen this happen to so far.
NOTE: If there is a better place for this, please advise or forward on. I couldn't find it.
