Good book if you are looking for behavioural strategies or motivation to change your diet. It's a very gentle introduction. No one can doubt Dr. Kopecky's expertise but the book is a bit light on detail. Don't smoke. Limit alcohol. Sleep well. Get regular exercise. Eat a Mediterranean diet. There is not much new here.
