another don't eat saturated fat bs book

I have enjoyed Peter's information for quite a while and was shocked he says saturated fat and red meat is not good for you - eat veggies and nuts. Absurd that he could actually believe this at this date and time. Throws everything else he says into the garbage can. Too bad. This is the one point he provides absolutely no proof on either.
