This is a notch above other novels in this genre and I am gratefully surprised. I laughed out loud, I cried, I sympathized and empathized. It was a great ride of emotions. A beautifully mature slice of life. The author has a new fan in me.

This was very well done - both written and narrated - although was a little long and overly drawn out at times.
