About this listen
Kiram fought his family and Cadeleonian bigots to remain in the Sagrada Academy to prove himself as a mechanist and to dispel the deadly shadow curse that threatens to destroy his upperclassman, Javier Tornesal.
But when his efforts provoke retaliation, Kiram's family and home are endangered. Both Kiram and Javier risk everything in a desperate gambit to combat the curse.
But they never imagined their battle would come so soon, or that it would be led by the one person they trust most of all.
Contains mature themes.

Second book just as good as the first
More of the same in this exciting steampunk fantasy. Must read and the thrilling conclusion to the first book. There are also 4 more books in this series but they were never made into an audio format like the first story. They are told in 2 book instalment each telling a different story in the same universe and revolving around a different achilliean romance. Bringing back old faves as side characters in the newer stories. I recommend them all but champion of the scarlet wolf is my personal favourite 2 book story in this 6 book series.

Really great story
I loved it. I really enjoy a book that I can’t guess the ending. Great character development.
