About this listen
I like to think I’m a practical person.
Car stop working? Thank God for mechanic boyfriends.
Goldfish floating upside down? Well, I clearly shouldn’t have a fish.
Irrefutably attracted to one of my new roommates? I’ve lost my mind, obviously.
Did I mention my roommate is also a female? As well as the reason I’m in this house?
When I got my dream job at a Los Angeles hospital more than 600 miles away from home, I didn’t hesitate when another perfect offer fell into my lap.
Large house. Four other girls my age - one of whom is on the shift I’m coming into. Room for rent at a crazy low price.
Yes, please.
Except, now she’s in every part of my life, and I can’t keep telling myself I’m losing my mind.
Because her slow smirks and mesmerizing laugh make me want her in ways I shouldn’t. Her soft touches and earth-shattering kisses have me questioning everything I thought I knew.
And now, my heart’s getting tangled up in this too.

Not my cup of tea, but still well written.
GL is not my thing. Doesn't excite me like Adam did in the first book. That said, I don't really have complaints about the way this one was written.

The ending will leave you hanging
It was a passable book with a variety of characters that could be developed. They didn't get together until nearly the end of the novel, and you were expecting for more, but the narrator says that's the end. Unless you like listening to novels that leave you hanging, I wouldn't recommend it or listen to it again.

repetitive soap opera
This book had some good things about it. The way Kinsley faces things about herself is inspiring. The sex scenes are really hot. Still, all the toxic codependency between Stevie and Arianna and the gaslighting Kinsley didn't even see from the people she left back home.... It's charged and melodramatic, which isn't really my cup of tea. The characters usually seem 16-17 and I think they're supposed to be 23-35 judging on their careers and relationship histories. Also, I do find it odd that there is a lesfic in the middle of two straight ones; risky move for appealing to wide audiences with spicy romances. I didn't read the first one and I probably won't read the last because of that, but the latter frustrates me a bit as we're left on a cliffhanger about the heroine of the next book. Also, I'm not sure if book 1 or 3 would make us like Stevie but as is-- she's incredibly toxic and I don't know why anyone would put up with her. It's not ok to be like that no matter what you're going through.

Not good
I liked other books of Author better . I read the reviews but I decided to go against it and read it any way. The same drama plays on and on and on throughout the book . It’s boring and annoying
