Lovely guided meditation
Dr. Nerina Ramkanhan sets a lovely mood and tone for this guided self love meditation. Beginning at the bottom of your left foot, you increase focus on parts of your body before you fall asleep. I hope this helps you focus on loving your entire self more. 👍
