I had a hard time getting past the narrator. she read with a weird cadence and rythm that I found off-putting. The voices of the characters also got to me, especially Grandma Redbird's. It was irritating and made it difficult to enjoy the story.

A positive narrative for teens with a warning if sensitive to LGBT relationships, lots of positive wisdom and value of good over evil and friendships.

The story was good, kept me listening, yet struggled a bit with narration.
I am a HON fan, liked it, but not my favourite. No regrets though.
