Enjoy your self imposed mind games in this one!

Ive pretty much read her whole catalogue, and this is not my favorite. Felt there were so many possibilities of where the story could go that I totally enjoyed the self imposed mind trip of a journey that are Julies books. Nothing I predicted came out, but then it wrapped up too simply. Too easily. Felt like this is a preamble to the next book if it becomes a series. And the ending ... just completely fizzled out .

I'm not going to drop any spoilers other to say then my impression is still that this is a sim within a sim within a sim. I love a good MMF or MMMF (and shes writes the best) but I just couldn't connect with the characters like I have with a lot of her other books.

And for the love of goodness if they made it drinking game where you had to take a sip every time she said the words " dark man/men" you'd be dead before the 4th chapter.

Narration as usual was great! Although the female reader seemed to have a radically different tempo in the timing of her speech. I was consistently slowing down her narration and then having to speed up his.

Wow!!!! Absolutely incredible!

All I can say is WOW!
How Julie can weave a story like this is beyond me! It's genius! Truly. One I will remember forever. A real mind F&ck! lol! The audio narration was fantastic as well. This is a must listen! How it all comes together in the end is remarkable. A must read/listen!
