Life changing guide for navigating life with a bipolar spouse.

With a recent bipolar diagnosis, my spouse and I found ourselves wishing there was a textbook that told us everything we needed to know, and what exact steps to take next. This book was basically that. I’ve been with my partner navigating these symptoms for nearly 10 years, and it had me at burnout. This book came at exactly the right time and has given me all the tools I need to keep going but now with actual healthy strategies and hope for the future at last.
