Accessible & Relatable Loving myself for listening

Totally loved all the messages and tips in this relatable realistic audiobook written by someone who is clearly passionate and committed to empowering women to be their best in their own bodies. Love the achievable goals and assignment ideas, real language, and humorous energy. Enjoyed hearing the words "belly" and "butt" emphasized with such love! Great reminder to focus on what we really want for our bodies and for our lives! Appreciate the pep talk as I continue to work on my fitness journey each day, terrific listening!
