Complete introduction to lucid dreams

I liked the book. I have great expectations about new experiences with it. As soon as I began the practice, I started to have some experiences.

Great Introduction

If you are relatively new to lucid dreaming, this book is fantastic. talks about a variety of reality checks and why they are useful. I gleaned some insight for sure. Had no idea how much can be accomplished through lucid dreaming, excited to commune with my unconscious!

Excellent

I also bought a video course by Charlie but this book was just as good! It contains everything you need to become a lucid dreamer!
