This Book took me from a break-even player to a wi
This book was quite good. There is a great deal of information in it. It preaches a very conservative but profitable style play. You have to read the book a couple of times before you can fully internalize the information. The section on profiling your opponent's was quite useful and in fact has probably been the single most reason why I've recently become a winning player. This is a great Book for a stepping stone to getting higher Stakes. I've started out playing $0.01 $0.02 I hope to be up to $0.25 $0.50 Years end

Wish I read this years ago
Not only has this book given me great insight into micro stakes poker and made me a winning player since I’ve started it, but it made learning about poker fun. 10/10 would recommend.

Disjointed presentation
A good editor/proofreader would make a world of difference for this book. The information is there to be had, but damn if it didn't take some reflection (and Googling) to reorder it cohesively. The manner by which new concepts are introduced and explained isn't well-ordered; there is a trend of introducing several new concepts simultaneously, then glossing over a couple of them with the promise of returning to them in later chapters.
The chapters themselves are overly-segmented, with little literary compartments separated into titled sections that add to the clutter in spite of their presumed intended effect of concept delineation. Could probably cut down word count by 20-30% and get the ideas across more effectively.
Again, the information is there and pretty solid but it could be presented more effectively (by the author, the narrator did a splendid job).
