A must read for new and experienced witches alike!
I'm not new to the path, but over the last few years I have felt my magick and my knowledge kind of plateau, or perhaps more accurately, become stagnant. So I decided to go back to basics and pick up a few beginners books based on the recommendations a few witches I have great respect for, that are a little newer to the witchcraft and have better familiarity with more modern writers.
One of the books that was recommended to me was Mat Auryn's Psychic Witch. Naturally it had all of the classic elements I would expect from a book on witchcraft, but it also had some concepts I hadn't encountered or considered before! It greatly helped me push through the stale barrier I had encountered in my workings.
Then in recent months, I saw on Facebook that his next book "Mastering Magick" was about to be published. I enjoyed Mat's first book so much, I did not hesitate when this one was released on Audible (and I am so grateful it was, since there was NO waiting time and I could begin right away.)
Let me tell you, I was amazed! This is the first book I have EVER read (or listened to) that is SO inclusive for people who are neurodivergent. This is a game changer for anyone who may struggle with things like visualization and meditation. Any experienced practitioner who already found their way around such barriers are still sure to find new inspiration here.
For anyone like me who regularly encounters new practitioners who feel discouraged that the classic instruction of "visualize this" or "meditate or go into a trance for that" isn't practical or possible sometimes, but with no other known way to describe a solution.... well now you have this resource in your pocket. Point people towards this book. It will help them discover and utilize the building blocks to become adept and confident in their workings.
