Only one tip
In this book, you will learn one thing which I’m not sure if it’s even working yet as I need to try it. They say that you need to listen while people talking and not thinking about what you going to respond.
Otherwise, they just advertising some websites and play calm music all the way through the book. There is no tips exercise to help for improving memory, the book will describe why we don’t remember things and what the memory definition. Bottom line it was a waste of money, and I definitely remember this book not to recommend anyone.
