Terribly written, narrated even worse
The stories are terribly written and uninteresting. Though this is supposed to be a soothing bedtime read, the narrator modulates the pitch of her voice inconsistently, which is very distracting. She sounds like an alien robot trying to imitate human speech. Advertising "healing and breathing techniques" is misleading if not false advertising.
