Informative but repetitive
The Narrator is very dry. The content is good but very repetitive and even though there are 50 recommendations it seems like there is just many variations on one way to be mindful. Stop, breathe, listen, taste, touch or feel and adapt to what works for you.

Stress
When speaking brought me to the feeling I get before having a seizure. I very much disliked the voice. I had to shut it off! Not helpful for me at all, the opposite!!
