As atheist I enjoyed learning vipassana

Very useful to learn proper meditation. You don't have to be religious to benefit meditating.

An absolute requirement for anyone…

…On the path to a better life, full liberation or even full enlightenment. Some of the more profound and philosophical teachings on Impermanence, Suffering and Non-self are not explained in detail as the book is a more beginner friendly reference manual. However very importantly Bhante G, guides novice as well as experienced meditators on the correct techniques as well as possible pitfalls. I’m a Mahayana Buddhist practitioner but Bhante G’s teachings do not differ from that taught by my Guru or teacher.

Really Good audio book

I love this audiobook book, is all about peace , love and wisdom, if you are in search for mindfulness. greatnesses and peace of mind this is it, I will definitely recommend it , will listen again again and will buy all the author audiobook, thank you and peace with love , to you all.

Very good with some funny moments. Focus attention on the point breath enters/leaves the body.

great

This was my second Heather Gudenkauf listen and I was not disappointed. I love the way she writes from the points of view from each character in her stories, and with different narrators for most of them it adds to making her books a great listen. The readers were cast very well with the exception of 12-year-old Ben, who had a more mature voice than his age represented. This does not take away from the books content however
