My Guiding Force and Calming Voice

When life gets tough it’s so easy to keep yourself busy and surround yourself with others as a form of numbing.

One step I chose to take was to get quiet, go within and listen to someone who radiates love, patience and kindness for self and others. Louise Hay and these meditations are just that! She calms my thoughts and opens my heart and mind to be a better version of myself and heal at the same time.

evening meditation kept me awake afterwards!

I was in bed listening to the meditation and at the end when the audible voice comes on to say "this was a presentation by audible and we hope you enjoyed it" it completely destroyed the meditation. I'm sure if I had fallen asleep, that voice, so flat and clinical would have woken me up. I actually couldn't fall asleep for another half hour so maybe audible isn't the best app for evening meditations unless they can stop putting the little clip at the end of the audiobook.
