These kind of functional movement books would be better served with some accompanying video to help visually explain some of the positions or stretches etc. Overall I love the concept and Bowman's niche. Get outside in your bare feet and walk people!

Life Changing
This book is nutrient dense!Expect to have to listen to it at least a couple of times. So many gems here, but it’s already helping me understand (and do something about) my body pain. And listen to the very end - it cracked me up!!

Very Informative and Eye Opening
I really enjoyed this book and got a lot out of it.
It is a little technical so you have to be paying attention when you read or listen to it.
I listened to it on my walks and now I am going to get the hard copy to help visualize the exercises better and I am also going to listen to it again to catch anything I missed.
These techniques make so much sense and I truly believe we can be healthier human beings if we can follow the practices that are mentioned in this book.
