One woman’s journey to sobriety
Reads like a series of journal entries which is exactly how the book began its existence.The author has a real potty mouth which detracted from my enjoyment somewhat. There are no real insights into why she hit the bottle so hard in the first place or the nature of addiction or how to recover from it. It’s just the author’s experience which is fine but not very illuminating.

Find emotional sobriety, greater personal stability and health from ditching booze
I really enjoyed how she shared her day count and what was going on in her life at the time, and all the emotions she expressed and managed, right up until the publication of this book. Sincerely thank you for sharing your journey. I have been an emotional drinker, trying to numb all the feelings that have come with my life situations. This book really acknowledges that, and that it's ok to have those times, you dont have to be perfectly cheery all the time. Thank you Mrs. D 🥰 God bless you
