About this listen
Murder in an Irish Village: Booktrack Edition adds an immersive musical soundtrack to your audiobook listening experience!*
In the small village of Kilbane, County Cork, Ireland, Natalie's Bistro has always been warm and welcoming. Nowadays, 22-year-old Siobhan O'Sullivan runs the family bistro named for her mother, along with her five siblings, after the death of their parents in a car crash almost a year ago. It's been a rough year for the O'Sullivans, but it's about to get rougher.
One morning, as they're opening the bistro, they discover a man seated at a table with a pair of hot pink barber scissors protruding from his chest. With the local garda suspecting the O'Sullivans, and their business in danger of being shunned. It's up to feisty redheaded Siobhan to solve the crime and save her beloved brood.
*Booktrack is an immersive format that pairs traditional audiobook narration to complementary music. The tempo and rhythm of the score are in perfect harmony with the action and characters throughout the audiobook. Gently playing in the background, the music never overpowers or distracts from the narration, so listeners can enjoy every minute. When you purchase this Booktrack edition, you receive the exact narration as the traditional audiobook available, with the addition of music throughout.

All 5 Star Except One Thing ...
The only thing I find extremely (extremely) annoying and distracting in this book is the background music throughout it. It made it hard for me to enjoy all the other great aspects about the book. The performance was lovely, but I have to give this a 2 star rating because the background music was so unbearable.

Good story bad choice of background music
I loved the story and the performance but whoever choose to put spa music in the background ruined my ability to really get absorbed in the book. Really put me off the series if the rest of the books have the same music.
