Soon to be adapted for TV by Netflix!

Jackie does not like surprises. Chaos is the enemy! The best way to get her successful, busy parents to notice her is to be perfect. The perfect look, the perfect grades—the perfect daughter. And then . . .

Surprise #1: Jackie's family dies in a freak car accident.

Surprise #2: Jackie has to move cross-country to live with the Walters—her new guardians.

Surprise #3: The Walters have twelve sons. (Well, eleven, but Parker acts like a boy anyway.)

Now Jackie must trade in her Type A personality and New York City apartment for a Colorado ranch and all the wild Walter boys who come with it. Jackie is surrounded by the enemy—loud, dirty, annoying boys who have no concept of personal space. Okay, several of the oldest guys are flat-out gorgeous. But still annoying. She's not stuck-up or boring—no matter what they say—but proving it is another matter. How can she fit in and move on when she needs to keep her parents' memory alive by living up to the promise of perfect?

I liked the story - but enjoyed the Netflix version better

The narrator was horrible- it was like she was just reading it - very little passion or variation in her voice. Two thumbs down.

It’s great for me because it’s a book that I can listen to and wonder about what’s gonna happen later on in the story

I love how she hast to choose between all of the boys and it’s perfect for me because I don’t like actual romance novels books so I think it’s a great book but there should be a second it ended off kind of meh😩😔

Not a bad story

I enjoyed the story. I've seen the Netflix series so it was a pretty easy listen since the stories are close. i did not particularly enjoy the performance - it felt stilted and awkward to listen to. I know there were a lot of characters to voice, but it just didn't have much flow. Either way, an enjoyable listen when you don't want something too heavy

Almost love

I love all the characters of the book and how the boys seem to compliment the main character Jackie and kinda bring out a side of her that she never had before, but the main flaw of this story is that the story not over. Over all this cute story need a sequel.
