very sexist and racist
very sexust and racist comments, feels like a government sponsored add from the 70s. As well as being difficult to follow.

I should have listened to the reviews
This book is awful. Could only tolerate 10 minutes, then my mind would just daze off. Its so hard to keep up with the information being presented bc the reader was too fast. It was definitely borderline racist in one portion (epidemiology portion). I can't understand how the book boasts about having the appropriate readers when there were constant mispronunciations. I would have returned or traded this in, but completely forgot. If you're looking for a helpful audio book, I found NCLEX trainer (Cardiovascular system and Respiratory System) much more helpful. The reader was slower and the 100Qs was super helpful and congruent with some of the Uworld questions I did while studying.
