About this listen
Warning: This audiobook is not for the faint of heart, fawningly polite, or desperate to be liked. This audiobook is expressively for entrepreneurs and business owners who wear many hats - those who can't resist piling more responsibility onto his own shoulders, who has more great ideas than time and resources to take advantage of them, who runs (not walks) through each day. Your time is incredibly valuable to you, and you are constantly "running out of it".
Serial entrepreneur Dan S. Kennedy delivers a fresh take on the mantra "time is money" as he shows you how to drastically re-engineer your entire relationship with time and, if applied faithfully, achieve peak personal productivity and make lots and lots of money.
Learn how to:
- Accurately calculate the value of your time - and put a meter on those consuming it
- Slay time vampires - like Mr. Have-You-Got-a-Minute, Mr. Meeting, and all the other bloodsuckers
- Stop "productivus interruptus" - master the five time-defense tactics
- Achieve maximum productivity with psycho-cybernetics
- The eight No B.S. Time Truths never to violate despite the conspiracy against them
- Become successful beyond your wildest dreams - apply the number one most powerful personal discipline
- The 10 time-management techniques worth using (only 10!), and
- Fire yourself! Replace yourself. Make more money from less time, and have more freedom to do big things!

Time manager supreme
An eye opener as to how much time we waste and lots of ways to remedy it. Some of it extreme but if you’re not that concerned about being mr Popular, why not try it? After all, us Gen X’ers can remember a time where there was no internet/mobile phones and the world didn’t implode then if you were not immediately available/distractable, why should that change? Great book and I will listen to it many more times!

Boring Narrator, Narcissistic & Materialist
This book is the result of postmodern materialism. The author is creating his own values, with wealth & status at the top of his hierarchy. I agree with some parts such as being respectful of your own time & scheduling your day, meetings, etc. Being harder to reach is generally not a bad idea. The time vampire bit gave me a good chuckle.
However, the author is so deeply intrenched in the narcissistic self-help business Napoleon Hill “Think and Grow Rich” (by the way Napoleon Hill was a total fraud, look it up) train of thought that it is hard to take anything he says with any degree of legitimacy.
I personally found that narrator of the audiobook did not match the information being presented.
I also can’t help but point out the fact that Dan Kennedy is a self-proclaimed “marketing expert”, but this book has been poorly marketed and received. That should tell you enough.
