False information
The author of this book is incorrect on quite a few things. First of all, "Smart Drugs" are not the same as nootropics. Things like adderall and ritalin are classified as smart drugs but nootropics are not the same. Secondly, DMAA is a terrible thing to take as a nootropic, regular choline as a supplement doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, and huperzine A is famous for causing brain fog after it has worn off and is not a good nootropic. If you want actual nootropic information, I recommend getting the book "Head First" by Davin Tomen, as well as "Smarter, Better, Faster" by Ryan Ballow. They're the leading experts in the field and their information is backed by studies.
Overall, this audiobook was a waste of money and 20 minutes of my life. So much, that I felt the need to write this review so that other people don't make the same mistake that I did.
