About this listen

Things are about to get interesting.

Now that I know what Dracula has planned for me, the pressure is on. Failure is hardly an option.... At the same time, if I'm supposed to one day preside over the Wallachian Vampires, how am I supposed to prove myself to those that are centuries older than me? I have to get stronger, be smarter. I have to succeed.

Meanwhile, my rivals in House Wolf seem likely to call off the truce at any moment. Actually, that's the least of my worries. It turns out that there are legendary beings from other worlds trying to steal the Netherveil away from Dracula—and it's going to be my job to help defend it.

While that's all going on, I have my romances with my beautiful housemates to maintain. So far so good, but how will they take it when I let them know that Mrs. Drake is joining the fold?

Content Warning: Nosferatu Academy contains themes that are common in dark fantasy, including intense scenes of violence, and light horror elements. But this is NOT a horror novel. It is a humorous fantasy story with an ambitious, dominant male lead. Just be warned: As a vampire novel, there is a bit of blood here and there.

Frustrated *spoilers

I am frustrated how quickly the mc essentially forgives dragon lady and how easy he goes on her. They try to make the Mc and us as the audience forgive her quickly by using false equivalency to justify her actions. Let me make a scenario to make that clear that the mc willing to do anything to be with his girls is not the same as her wanting to see the sun, in this scenario Person A has a child and there child is there most important thing, Person B on the other had loves to swim that is there most important thing. A's child is kidnapped and the only way they can ever see there child again is if they kill Person C, this while not ideal, it would be understandable for Person A to do even if it isn't the morally right thing to do, it is justifiable vs Person B is cursed to never swim again, and the only way for them to swim again is to kill person C. doing that is wholly selfish. In one scenario, it is effecting 2 peoples lives so killing 1 while not great, does bring a general net positive outcome, vs in the other its only effecting Person B, so if they kill them it is saying my happiness is more important than a persons life.

Back to the actual book not to mention the fact that Dragon lady acts as if she doesn't do it now then it will never happen, that even though she waited 100 years she is unable to wait.... one month. it just frustrating that it happen and as frustrating is how easy she got off and how quick the main character forgave her. if the author read this I really hope that they don't just have the character's more on with only the little slap on the wrist that was scene is this book, even if I doubt they will
