Do you practise meditation because you want to feel good? Or to help you relax and be "happy"? My introduction to Buddhist-flavoured writings began 40 years ago. This title is not recommended. It is the author’s reaction to his social landscape that includes scandal, the #metoo movement, and other such drama. Not for practitioners.
