True story telling tale

I loved it. I liked how the story was told from a perspective of how humans were dumped on over and over but overcame their attackers. This story is told from the viewpoint of an alien, who witnessed the humans being attacked, not once, but twice and each time they became stronger. No spoilers but damn I want this to be a full-on story!.
