Important & Informative!

This is the most important book I have listened to in the last few years. As a new therapist, I needed to hear every word Kottler had to say about his experiences. As a result, I feel validated and better informed. I have suggested this book to all my colleges at my Art Therapy school. #Audible1

A Must Read/Listen

A must read for anyone in the field! This book was exactly what I was looking for in normalizing my experiences, and feelings. Filled with rich knowledge. I will be buying the physical copy to refer back to often.

perspective changing

definitely a useful listen. it felt like some of the questions I thought I'd be stuck on for a lifetime, were answered. like how I'll probably be the only person who can handle my level of complexity , with my fundamentally flawed personality, and life events and relationship outcomes and challenges. I will be better off knowing where I stand in life and self.
