I’ve listened to this book and the sequel at least six times on my own and several more times with friends and my partner. The story, world building, characters, and narration are all incredible. As a non binary person I absolutely loved the representation of gender fluid people as just characters. It’s not made out to be a big deal or the focus of the story. It’s just something that’s there. And it’s amazing. If you at all love fantasy, sci-fi, or an epic adventure/romance I would recommend this book 10/10

This is such a wonderful, creative, powerful, and hilarious story! The characters and the dialogue are unforgettable. The story moves fast and unlike most stories, I found it hard to predict what would happen next. The inclusiveness is outstanding too! Loved it!
