So Unique
This audio is so fantastic for children. So must more beneficial then radio or the same songs on repeat from the children CD.
It helps calm themselves and pay attention to what the lady is saying, letting their imagination take over and developing auditory learning skills. Much recommended.

This is not worth a credit.
The quality is quite, but it's very short. I can't believe this costs one credit. It's not worth that. I'm not saying it should be free, but it could be bundled with others in a compilation.

I was sceptical
I really didn’t know what to expect. But my youngest is sick with a head cold and miserable right now, so we gave it a try. First night it helped with the long night of little sleep, second night all three of my boys are out cold in 2 chapters. I guess I’m buying more of them 🤷♀️

Not just for children!
I'm 36.... also not just for sleep...I use this audiobook for when I need to find calm in any situation(like waiting for a medical appointment during a pandemic).... or when I want to awaken my imaginative mind... or nurture my inner child or do a guided meditation that doesn't take me too deep into my psyche. I listen over and over. What a great tool!

Enjoyable and calming for my 3 year old
Wonderful! My daughter, and I, both fall asleep before the second story ends. it really helps my daughter focus and pay attention to the words and sounds. Very enjoyable.

Very effective
Wish we've had this book five years ago already. I highly recommend it to any person (young and not so young) who struggle to fall asleep. Mindfulness is such an important aspect of our wellbeing too. Good narration.
