Great Info!

There’s lots of info in this audiobook. I have started to apply some of the principles already and have seen a change. It’s hard to give a decent review, when I have yet to see the outcome.

Increase Your effectiveness on Social Media

This book had so many great ideas to help someone that is struggling with social media and building their audience or just starting out. The fact that it is based on an experience and Brendan is not just giving you tips that should work but is actually telling you what he did and giving you a blueprint to follow is awesome. I like the fact that the author was reading the book, It made it seem that he was talking directly to me like it was a one-on-one coaching session. the only thing that I wished is that he had mixed up some of his stories and told some different ones in hook point because a lot of the stories were recycled from this book. Still, this book is going to and already has changed my social media presence and I am already seeing the benefits of following its advice.

Good for a larger biz with resources. Not great for solo start up creators

Disapointing

Brendan Kane wrote a book to promote his services, at times during the book he breaks his own advice. The advice he does give is very repetitive and not up to current social media marketing standards. To make things worse he is not a seasoned narrator.

Meh

I didn't learn anything new or haven't heard before. I found the content contradictory at times and lacking in specifics. For example, would say "test!" a lot but didn't specify what or how to test. Most of the case studies were established celebrities or big budget corporations which doesn't really apply to the average person or business owner.
