Cannot wait to try the one word process!

Goal setting and resolution making has always ended in frustration out failure. Most often this is because I overcomplicate and overthink the steps. I don't make a smart plan or should I say S.M.A.R.T. plan so it is doomed to fail very quickly. every time. Even S.M.A.R.T. plans are not enough to guarantee success according to the authors. To succeed a plan must be both God centered and simple. Just one word. lived out for an entire year in all areas of your life.

This is the the type of system I have been looking for I can't wait to try it out. Even I can remember one word and allow it to challenge, and change.me. the book only takes about an hour or so to read. so worth it. I recommend it highly!

Un livre bizarre

Je ne sais pas. Je pense que c'est pas pour moi. C'est trop bizarre. C'est un peu comme de la science fiction.

Sounds like an info-mercial

Good concept, but it was so repetitive and robotic. Could’ve been more concise or could’ve added extra details instead of repeating the same sentences in different flavours.
