Really Good Introduction Book on PTSD

-One things the book misses is the physical alternatives to EMDR. One of the being the butterfly hug, which is a BiLateral Stimulation technique that is also known to help.

Whereas EMDR is visual, Butterfly Hug is physical.

Good overview to get started

This is a good overview on understanding PTSD and relationships. It’s a good place to start to guide you in looking further into certain topics to help loved ones with ptsd. Pro: Simple and clear outlines to understand ptsd. Con: Not thorough in any one topic.
