Helped Me Connect with My Teen Again

I was struggling to get through to my teenager, and this book really helped me take a step back and understand what was going wrong. The steps are practical, and I actually noticed a shift in how we communicate now. Things feel a lot less tense at home, and we’re having more honest conversations than we have in a while. I appreciated how relatable the advice was—it didn’t feel out of touch with real life. Worth a read for any parent feeling lost!
