good information
this is a good book, it's helpful for learning not to engage in arguments with your child.

very good practical advise.
at first I didn't like the reader but he grew on me and the book was filled with great hints and tricks... I will be reading again. although I do think that there are some books that may have been better to read first. they kind of set a baseline for this one.
