Love this book, and the reading is captivating!
Peter Mayle takes you with him and his family on a wonderful and memorable journey to France. enjoyed the reading and learned a lot about French culture as a bonus!

Well written, well read. A must!
Both books are a joy to listen to. Peter Mayle’s writing style and story telling is a pure joy. Chapter after chapter you are hooked. He takes you on a journey of his experiences in Provence, with delightful stories and mouth watering culinary experiences.
Both Peter Mayle and Patrick Macnee do an outstanding job of narrating the books. A absolute must!

Never disappointed!
I love the way he writes. I love the narration. I’ve listen to these books over and over again and I’m always picking up something new that I missed before. Just very entertaining, the world will miss him.

Eden for Mental Travellers
