Love the series but....
Great series but I don't understand why an author would ignore his top selling series (His bread & butter) to create another. It will be 2 years by the time book# 7 comes out. I have no issues about an author starting a new series but in my opinion it should be secondary to his top selling series. Good series whether its books or TV shows become very habit forming and typically the way to break a habit is through abstinence. I have stopped watching some very popular TV series that I was totally addicted to because of their 6+ month breaks. I was very excited for book# 7 to come out but now after almost 1.5 years, no longer excited.
