No Materials Available

This book is supposed to come with a free journal and workbook available for download at the author's website. The website is gone and no copies are available online. You can only purchase hard copies of the supporting material for another $20.00-$30.00 online. I'm very disappointed that the author and publisher are not continuing to offer the companion materials for the book that they continue to sell. Without the supporting materials, this book is not very valuable and I would recommend trying a different resource.
