its alright

I found his voice soothing. but I found some of the chapters with just music disruptive. Now I only listen to the chapter 2. Ive looked into other stuff by him and it all sounds the same...

Keeps me awake all night

I've tried this every night for over a week and now have bags under my eyes from lack of sleep because this just keeps on waking me up every hour. I wanted so desperately for this to work and realize it takes time but I'm now losing sleep and making myself worse, so I need to stop.
