a MUST for any aspiring Firefighter

highly recommended this book to any aspiring Firefighter. it will change you on the inside and light the fire of motivation within you. I read this book 6 years into my pursuit of a career position and won the next job posting I applied to, and I credit this book and it's message greatly.

little repetitive but hits on all the core values

was a great listen but many things repeated to the Point of repetitive filler. hit on all the core values and conducts and was a great insight into the minds of some of IAFF's finest.
