I really enjoyed the story but was disappointed with the ending in that nothing was mentioned about drake and Helen at the end also did the mercenaries that disappeared come back. the end ING felt rushed to Me

SPOILERZ: Characters arent super deep in this series but thats NOT why im reading it! I find the dialogue in these books very cringey but AGAIN FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK! That's not why im reading it. I loved the concept of this series and all the prehistoric horror. The plot was good for the most part. Wish the series had ended less cookie cutter. There was room for a more distopian ending. Glad the dogs made it, though.

Come for the creature horror, not great characters.
